Our neighbors down the block will be selling special chocolate boxes from their Pix-o-Matic pastry/chocolate vending machine. On February 14th, one special box will have surprise diamond earrings in them! They’re also selling other Valentine’s Day packages like the “Take Out and Make Out” package with chocolates, macarons, and bubbly.

DRIVE-IN MOVIES IN WASHINGTON SQUARE PARK
This rec is a little out in the ‘burbs so it requires a car, but who doesn’t love an old fashioned drive in movie?

Another Burnside classic - Le Pigeon is doing a 5-course tasting menu if you’re looking for a bit of a splurge ($175/ticket)

DINNER AT BAR CASA VALE
Bar Casa Vale is hosting a 4-course tasting menu for $50 per person with some classic Spanish dishes like Pulpo a la Gallega and Croquetas as well as some others with a Portland twist. They’ve got a great list of G&Ts, Sherries and other Spanish wines. This is another one within walking distance from Lolo Pass!
